Dawn is a member of the EXP Realty LLC, Land Division, and Military Community Division, as well as an Associate Broker. EXP Realty is one of the largest real estate sales companies in SE Oklahoma. She specializes in all aspects of real estate sales, including luxury vacation homes, investment properties, and land development. Dawn is an award-winning agent and a former owner of three real estate franchises. She is also an Associate Broker in both Texas and Oklahoma.

Dawn is a United States Navy Veteran, having served her tour of duty in Northern California. After discharge from the Navy, Dawn pursued a degree in Business. She has lived in California, New Mexico, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Florida, and has resided in Dallas/Fort Worth for 28 years.
